Czech Village Considers New Wind Turbine, Residents Concerned About Noise

The village of Višňová in the Frýdlant region of the Czech Republic is considering the construction of an additional wind turbine, with the operating company offering nearly two million annually to the municipality. Residents, however, are concerned about increased noise levels.
