Albanian Politician Claims Albania Has Political Prisoner in Meeting with Council of Europe

Tedi Blushi, Secretary General of the Freedom Party, met with co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He presented his party's views on the democratic situation in Albania, claiming it is the only Council of Europe member state with a political prisoner.
