Minister ‘doesn’t believe in collective punishment of all clubs’ amid LOI funding row over destroyed Dundalk pitch

There is “no division” between Taoiseach Micheál Martin and Minister Patrick O’Donovan over League of Ireland (LOI) funding after flares destroyed pitch in Louth, minister of state Timmy Dooley has said.
