Kenyan MPs Back Plan to Hold Police Chiefs Accountable for Junior Atrocities

Kenyan Members of Parliament have supported a plan by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) to hold police commanders personally liable for abuses committed by their junior officers.
