Drunk and Drugged Driver Arrested in Madrid After Hitting Cars and Pedestrian

A driver has been arrested in La Latina, Madrid, accused of attempted homicide and a crime against road safety after allegedly hitting several cars and running over a young person following a fight outside a nightclub.
