Ex-President Ter-Petrosyan Accuses Government of Cutting Utilities for Political Reasons

Levon Ter-Petrosyan, former President of Armenia and a former ally of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has accused the current government of politically motivated actions, specifically cutting his power and water supply.
