Two Dead in Boating Accident Off Henoko, Okinawa
An accident off Henoko, Okinawa, where construction for the US military's Futenma base relocation is underway, resulted in two boats capsizing and the deaths of two people, including a high school student on a training trip. A rescued captain reported that a boat ahead of his capsized, and his vessel also overturned after he attempted to assist.
