M/V Starlite Saga given special permit to operate on Batangas-Calapan

MANILA, Philippines — The M/V Starlite Saga has been granted a special permit by the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) to service the Batangas-Calapan route and vice versa to address the shortage of vessels following the suspension of operations of OceanJet vessels on the same route.  Marina said it approved the special permit for the vessel
