Supreme Court Upholds Conviction of Iraqi Brothers for Terrorism

Portugal's Supreme Court of Justice has upheld the conviction of Iraqi brothers on terrorism charges, though one brother's sentence was reduced from 16 to 15 years. Both will face an ancillary penalty of expulsion for 10 years.

O Supremo Tribunal de Justiça decidiu, após recurso dos irmãos, manter as penas de prisão. Apenas um deles viu a condenação diminuída de 16 para 15 anos. Terão pena acessória de expulsão por 10 anos.
