
Former SNP Chief Admits Embezzling Party Funds for Luxury Items
Peter Murrell, the estranged husband of former Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and former chief executive of the Scottish National Party (SNP), has pleaded guilty to embezzling over £1 million in party funds. Murrell used the embezzled money to purchase a variety of luxury items, including a Jaguar, watches, iPads, and other personal goods.
