Real-estate promoter shot dead in Howrah; journalist assaulted over MLA links

A real-estate promoter was shot dead in Howrah, India. A journalist was subsequently assaulted after questioning a local Trinamool Congress MLA about his alleged links to the crime, following videos of the accused riding with the MLA.
