Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu Considers Birth Incentive for Second Child Onwards

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced that the state government is considering a Rs 25,000 birth incentive for couples from their second child onwards to address the falling birth rate.
