Putin Rehabilitates Soviet Secret Police Founder Dzerzhinsky
Russian President Vladimir Putin has restored the name of Felix Dzerzhinsky, the controversial founder of the Soviet secret police (Cheka), to the academy of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
