Indian Supreme Court Directs NCLAT on Supertech Project Monitoring

India's Supreme Court has instructed the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) to decide on the monitoring of 14 Supertech housing projects, following an earlier decision to hand over 16 projects to NBCC.
