Stellantis je već jasno pokazao svoj stav kada je u pitanju konkurencija brzorastućoj kineskoj industriji električnih vozila. Umjesto da pokušava direktno parirati tim proizvođačima, grupa je odabrala drugačiji put te investirala u Leapmotor i preuzela prodaju automobila ovog brenda na zapadnim tržištima.
