Carneiro Re-elected PS Leader with Stronger Mandate
José Luís Carneiro was re-elected as the PS Secretary-General without opposition, securing more absolute votes than in June and claiming the strongest mandate among parliamentary leaders. He received 96.9% of the votes from over 20,000 socialists who participated in the direct elections.
