IPAS Head Questions Claims of Mass Transition from Direct Provision to Homelessness
John Harding, head of the International Protection Accommodation Services (IPAS), has questioned claims that large numbers of individuals are moving from direct provision accommodation directly into homelessness. He stated that the vast majority of those leaving IPAS accommodation have not required homeless services.
