Commercial Advertisement Hoardings to Be Banned Near Heritage Structures in Karnataka

Karnataka Urban Development Minister Byrathi Suresh announced that commercial advertisement hoardings will be banned near heritage structures, citing thousands of unauthorized advertisements that have caused significant revenue losses to local bodies over the past seven to eight years.
