Illinois, Indiana lawmakers taking up Chicago Bears stadium bills Thursday

An amendment to a bill that would guide how the state helps the Bears stay in Illinois was filed down in Springfield late Wednesday. Lawmakers in Illinois and Indiana will be holding important meetings Thursday in the stadium battle.
