Ghana EPA Sensitizes Firms on New Environmental Act, Warns of Jail Time
Ghana's Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) has educated 20 manufacturing firms in Ejisu, Ashanti Region, on the newly enacted Environmental Protection Act, 2025 (Act 1124), cautioning that violations could lead to prison terms of up to 10 years.
