H-1B selection process for FY2027 complete: USCIS

USCIS has completed the FY 2027 H-1B visa cap selection process, notifying employers of selected beneficiaries who can now file petitions starting April 1, 2026. The agency confirmed it received enough registrations to meet the annual limit, including the advanced degree exemption. Only those selected in the lottery are eligible to proceed with filing.
