Court of Appeal Defers Hearing on Deregistration of Political Parties
The Court of Appeal in Abuja has deferred until July 7 the hearing of substantive appeals seeking to overturn a judgment that ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deregister the African Democratic Congress and four other parties.
