Libyan Coast Guard Rescues 404 Migrants from 10 Boats

Libya's eastern-based coast guard, part of the Libyan National Army, rescued at least 404 migrants from 10 boats who were facing harsh conditions at sea, according to the Tobruk Red Crescent.
