The National Gallery Prague, a key Czech cultural institution, has appointed new temporary leadership after the dismissal of its previous director, Alicja Knast, with the Ministry of Culture planning a competition for the top position.

Nejdůležitější sbírkotvorná instituce v Česku, Národní galerie Praha, má nové dočasné vedení. Dosavadní generální ředitelku Alicju Knast odvolal tento týden ministr kultury Oto Klempíř z Motoristů. Ministerstvo chce vypsat na tuhle vrcholnou funkci výběrové řízení. „Národní galerie není atraktivní značka, dobrý nástupce paní ředitelky se bude hledat těžko,“ tvrdí pro Radiožurnál Jiří Jůza, předseda Rady galerií ČR.
