Prosecution Reopens Jarosław Ziętara Case, Seeks UOP Files
The District Court in Poznań has referred the case of former police officers and Elektromis employees, accused of kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, and aiding in the murder of journalist Jarosław Ziętara, back to the prosecution. Authorities are now seeking access to UOP (Office for State Protection) files related to the case.
