Montenegro's Appeal on Spinumviva Clients Rejected by Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court has ruled that Prime Minister Montenegro's appeal regarding the publication of clients of the Spinumviva consultancy was filed out of time, a decision the Prime Minister disputes.
