Romania Signs First Highway Contract Funded by SAFE Program for €1 Billion Section

Romania's National Company for Road Investments has signed the first highway contract funded by the European SAFE program, covering the Târgu Neamț-Târgu Frumos section of the A8 highway, valued at nearly €1 billion.
