Senegal Imposes Penalties for Community Wi-Fi via Starlink

Senegal's telecommunications regulatory authority (ARTP) has announced that providing 'Community Wi-Fi' services through Starlink is now punishable by imprisonment and fines of up to 60 million CFA francs.
