Slovak Bridges on Secondary Roads Deteriorating Due to Lack of Funding
The Supreme Audit Office (NKÚ) warns that bridges on Slovakia's second and third-class roads continue to deteriorate, with 40% managed by regions in very poor condition, as regions lack sufficient funds for maintenance.
