Osaka High Court Rules February Election Vote Disparity Constitutional
The Osaka High Court has ruled that the maximum 2.1-times disparity in the value of a single vote in the February House of Representatives election does not violate the constitution, dismissing a lawsuit seeking to invalidate the election.
