Lithuanian Regulator Fines Litgrid for Wholesale Electricity Market Failure
The Lithuanian State Energy Regulatory Council (VERT) fined the transmission system operator "Litgrid" 21,500 euros for offering an amount of electricity in the wholesale market in 2022 that it could not actually ensure.
