Drugs Distributed Near and Consumed Inside Vilnius Courthouse
In October of last year, a man and a woman sold eight foil packets of carfentanil for 48 euros to a 47-year-old woman near the Vilnius City District Court building, who then consumed the drugs inside the courthouse.
