Sąd Okręgowy w Warszawie uchylił decyzję o nałożeniu na TVN ponad półmilionowej kary za emisję reportażu "Franciszkańska 3". W ustnych motywach uzasadnienia Sąd wskazał, że materiał nie był atakiem na Kościół katolicki, a poruszanie tematu ochrony małoletnich stanowi fundament demokracji. Wyrok jest nieprawomocny.
