EU Campaign Reveals Seven Out of Nine Child Car Seats Fail Safety Tests

An European Union Commission campaign, which included tests conducted in Ireland, found that seven out of nine child car seats tested did not meet the crash test requirements set by the United Nations regulation for new European safety standards.
