NDF-Negros rejects localized peace talks, calls it ‘division disguised as diplomacy’

BACOLOD CITY—The National Democratic Front of the Philippines-Negros (NDFP-Negros) on Thursday rejected proposals for localized peace talks in Negros Occidental, insisting that any genuine peace negotiations must be conducted on a national scale.
