Italian house prices rose 5.2% in first quarter year-on-year says Istat

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 19 - Istat said Friday that its House Price Index (HPI) was up by 1.0% in the first quarter compared with the previous three months and by 5.2% compared with the January-March period of 2025.
