Russia's largest Black Sea oil terminal halts operations
Bloomberg reports that Russia's largest oil terminal on the Black Sea coast, Sheskharis in Novorossiysk, has ceased loading crude oil onto tankers since the morning of July 21, based on shipping data and satellite imagery.
