Russian-Armenian Talks Held in Moscow, Putin Comments on Armenian Elections
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited Moscow for working talks with Russia. During the meeting, Vladimir Putin expressed hope that pro-Russian forces would be allowed to participate in Armenian parliamentary elections.
