Court Refuses to Halt Milotinova's Appointment as BNT Head
The Administrative Court of Sofia Region has rejected the request by former acting director of Bulgarian National Television (BNT), Emil Koshlukov, to suspend the decision of the Council for Electronic Media (CEM) appointing Milena Milotinova as the new head.
