Latvia Prepares for Heavy Rainfall, Month's Worth Expected in Some Areas

The Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre (LVĢMC) has warned that heavy rain is expected across many parts of Latvia over the next two days, with some areas potentially receiving a month's worth of precipitation.
