Swiss Pharmacy Dispenses Sevenfold Overdose to Infant

A Swiss pharmacy mistakenly labeled a baby's medication with a sevenfold overdose (7 ml instead of 0.9 ml) for a four-month-old infant. The error was only caught because the parents became suspicious of the dosage.
