Kindergarten Teacher Forgets Child, Locks Up and Leaves in Vršac

A kindergarten teacher in Vršac, Serbia, reportedly forgot a three-and-a-half-year-old child inside the facility, locked the gates, and went home, initially telling the mother someone else had picked up the boy.
