Universal Health REIT and Flexsteel Announce Dividend Increases

Universal Health Realty Income Trust has increased its quarterly dividend by 0.7% to $0.75 per share, while Flexsteel Industries has raised its quarterly dividend by 25% to $0.25 per share.
