The Milan Cortina Paralympics, held in northern Italy, will have its opening ceremony soon. The flag bearers for the Japanese delegation will be snowboarder Junta Kosuda and wheelchair curler Aki Ogawa. The opening ceremony will take place at the "Verona Arena" in Verona, separate from the competition venues, at the same venue as the Olympic closing ceremony.
