James Fowler Assumes Command of NATO Headquarters in Sarajevo
James C. Fowler has officially assumed his duties as the new commander of NATO Headquarters in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He stated his commitment to supporting a secure and stable future for all citizens of BiH and a peaceful Western Balkans.
