Karnataka woman, lover held for smothering husband, staging his heart attack

A Bengaluru man, initially reported to have died of a heart attack, was actually smothered to death. Police exhumed his body, revealing the truth. His wife and her alleged lover have been arrested for the murder, orchestrated after the victim discovered their affair. The wife then falsely claimed a heart attack to conceal the crime.
