Madras High Court Restrains Bahwan CyberTek Chairperson from Implementing Settlement Agreement

The Madras High Court has issued an interim injunction preventing the chairperson of Bahwan CyberTek from implementing a 'settlement agreement' in a $76-million loss case. The injunction was granted following a civil suit filed by the group’s former CEO, Durgaprasad Shanmugam.
