Finnish Broadcaster Yle States UMK Winner Not Obligated to Participate in Eurovision

Finnish public broadcaster Yle has announced that the winner of UMK, Finland's national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, is not obligated to participate in the Eurovision finals. Yle has not yet disclosed how a representative would be chosen if the winner declines.
