Albanian SPAK Requests Dismissal of Case Against Former Public Procurement Head

Albania's Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has requested the Special Court to dismiss the criminal case against Jonaid Myzyri, the former head of Public Procurement, concerning alleged violations in a 2.2 million euro tender.
