Albania's Oil Prices Highest in Region Due to Government Monopoly, Advisor Claims

Dorjan Teliti, economic advisor to the Democratic Party, has raised concerns that Albania's oil prices are the highest in the region, attributing 60% of the price to government monopoly and 40% to a 'licensed' oligopoly.
